For the month of October I paid close to $1000 dollars for my current rent, and another $800 for other apartment. I’m waiting to receive a refund in the neighborhood of $600 dollars which should help me along. Markets overall this month didn’t do too well, and gold has constantly been a boon or a curse, but so has every asset class.
As a note, I have a $2000 contingent liability on my books until one year of employment is over. As of November 10th, I’ll have 10 months to go.

Are you still doing the vegetarian diet? I guess you get used to it after a couple of months and it gets easier to stick to it. I don’t think I could ever go without eating meat because it tastes too good. But besides the health aspect of it, I also think cutting meat out of your meals can save money on food each month which could benefit your net worth over the long run :0)
